Whom do you serve on the killing field?
In which color do your loyalties lie?
Red stains bone where flesh was peeled
Grey falls gathering clouds in your eye
Brandish a blade of two jagged edges
One for each victim to taste in the night
Follow your orders to truth’s cracking ledges
Let fly the crest for which you choose to fight
Silence your tongue, wear no more lies
Sleep no more traitor, that fault would prove fatal
Who is your master? Whose faith now dies?
Swallow the ruin of your own betrayal.

Wow indeed. I liked it. It's the sad truth how some people betray trust and so forth. We all experience this at one time or another Ihtink. I know I have delt with such people (still am). |
