tears beneath the willow

Grief

always as the branches sway
always as the wind does sing
always as the clouds are gray
always always she does cry
curled up in a ball
beneath the leafy branches
of the age old willow
always always she does cry
time to her is meaningless
life to her is useless
breath to her is endless
always always she does cry
always as the branches sway
always as the wind does sing
always as the clouds are gray
always always she does cry
