The sent of your skin, it haunts me
The warmth of your touch, it daunts me
To wallow in pain, it wants me

But I won't

I called you every day
And hoped that in some way
My lasting love might reach you

But it didn't..

So now it's clear to me
My worth you cannot see
I've more than paid my fee

I'm through with you

It's difficult to do
But I'll keep pushing through
Til I learn to forget you

And live again
