The hills are as green as a spring tree’s leaves,
The wind is God’s cooling breath as he heaves,
The flowers are as beautiful as a temple,
Delightful shades of red, blue and purple.
The bees flit around excitedly from one to another,
And swimming on the lake are newborn ducks and their mother.
The water is an azure and indigo fusion,
The tropical fish swim in their paradisiacal environment.
Cows graze on the luscious abundant grass,
And drink from the water which is as translucent as glass.
Cosy houses made out of twigs and branches,
With roofs of moss, and overlooking the beaches.
The sand is as golden as Tutankhamen’s mask,
Here, no job at all seems like a monotonous task.
The waves lap at your feet,
As you take a walk to see who you will meet,
The waterfalls in the rainforest provide natural showers,
And boats drift in and out of the tiny harbours.
Food is plentiful, enough for a feast,
Of meats, fruits and vegetables, all you can eat.
Your skin turns as brown as the earth,
Nothing else can be hold this much worth.
