FLOAT ON DOWN

Topic: SongLyrics

~Storm Wolf~

Through Darkness and Clouds I am There....

SultryRose's Signatures

Charlie left too much water behind
Now you're bracing for Francis, oh my.
Water every where You may turn
Your voice makes my heart burn.

Grab a wave, float on down, on down
to Arkansas, standing on dry ground.
Float on down to waiting arms
Yes, I'll dazzle U with country charms.

We've so much catching up to do
Alone, no inhabitions, jus me-n-U.
We'll throw away our boring clocks
Roam around without any socks.

Let's kiss away lonliness, my dear
Total luv without ever touching fear.
We don't gotta sleep jus live on our dreams.
Anxious to touch you to extreme's.

Hello Emy yes Francis did bring water but no to where it is badly needed. Tw years ago here in Southern Austria we had a long period of drought there was no ground water left and Farms had to plough in the crops that did not grow through ack of water. This year we have had plenty of rain and the wells are full again thank goodness. I like your poem it was great hugs from bernard.

It seems like I have waited FOREVER to read this much anticipated poem! (Actually it was only over night but it seemed longer) I think you did an incredible job and your love, rare relationship, big heart & depth just shines in this poem. It was all that I thought it could be. Very very very well done! You even have a poetic soul when just simply writing little notes----your poetic nature comes out every time.

You always have a kind word, a sweet comment that is so positive and I appreciate the time that you take to show your kindness.

I hope Virginia and Arkansas find their way towards each other and...................... SOON! Or i'll have to call up destiny and put a rush on it....

*Smiling*

A sweet invitation, definitely geared as lyrics and ripe for a good acoustic accompaniment. I love how you add graphics to the mix - I haven't mastered that one yet. Save the poem for each new cyclone, just change the names until he gets the hint!

Nice poem. Kind of reminds me of the stories I hear about first love.
