Heaven

Heaven
~~~
I’ve dreamed a dream
Of such beauty, this place
Was a site of elegance, love and grace
With streets of gold
And mansions on high
Such a place of peace in the sky
Beautiful music
Coming from Angel’s voice
Sweet harmonies uniting to rejoice
And there he was
Amongst the crowd
In his radiance, I shouted loud
Jesus, Jesus
He looked down on me
As if I was the only one he came to see
And there I was
Looking him in the face
The heavenly man in all his grace
Thank you father
Was all I could say
As he picked my off my knees and sent me on my way
And when I awoke
I felt such calm
Knowing that in this place with Jesus, Is where I belong
