What do you say
when it's all been said before?
How do you feel
when you don't feel anything anymore?
What do you do
when it's all been done before?
Where do you go
when you have no place to run to anymore?
When it's all been said
you can keep your word
and when you've felt it all
your heart will break again for sure
When you've done everything
you can try more or give up
and when you've been to the end and back
on the way you will find love
What do you do
when you've given all you have?
When they've taken it all
and you can't go back?
What do you do
when loving them hurts
but you can't give up
because not loving them is worse
When you've got nothing left
and you can't give anymore
sit back and remember
what you did it all for
When loving them hurts like hell
but it hurts more to give them up
just know what brought you this far
it was the scary power of love
It's something so fierce
and painful through and through
but love is the one experience
that can make me do all these things for you
