Let us just say that we knew for sure the world would last for one more day.
Does that mean today we will rest, and tomorrow we will play?
Let us just say that we know for sure that love is eternal and cannot die,
Does that mean we will put love in danger just to see if it is true?

Let us just say that we knew you would live forever,
Does that mean you will try to die, just to make sure?
Let us just say, that you can do anything in the whole wide world,
Does that mean you will put it off because you think you can just do it later?

So let us just tell you that everything we say is true, we will tell you no lies.
Does that mean you will believe us no matter what? Never doubt a word we say?
Well if that is true, we can make you ours, we can control you forever.
So if that is true then we have the power, we have the world.

What if we get the world to listen just once, and tell them all we know?
Then we can make them believe, our word is true.
Then the world will be ours, and the people our pets.
And we will win; we will be the true god.

(I really don't know why I wrote this.)
