I AM THE AUTHOR
I choose my mother I choose the night, I choose my father he could not fight. I was conceived one summer’s moon so bright.
I decide my path one O so wrong, I trade my heart for just one song. This I do with no thought or care, while the world just laugh and stare .
I wrote the beginning so why not the end, must life narrows this gloomy trend. With eyes wide close I hear the horn its playing the song I wrote the day I was born.

We all have the capability to choose our lives and what is allowed in them. However, sometimes life gets out of control and we have no say so in our lives. My life has always been perfect until recently and my axis went off-kilter and my world is falling apart. Not of my own doing, but it has thrown me for a complete loop. I can't seem to right Karma's wrong. Great message.
