I Can Dream

I may never feel the warm embrace of your arms
But I can dream

I may never sit beside you on the front porch swing
Watching traffic go by and talking about our day
But I can hope

We may never go camping
And arise as the gentle rays of sun beckon our eyes to awaken
But wouldn't it be nice

Or we may never stay up all night watching bad movies
Just because we want to be together
But I can wish

You may never notice that twinkle in my eyes when I see you
But I can pray

You may never notice how much I care for you
But you may

I can dream
I can hope
I can wish
I can pray
That you may notice me for who I am
That you'll like me

Then I'll dream, hope, wish and pray that time will never end
For our love would be too great to last just a lifetime

I can dream

Ohhh Willow...I loved this!!!! I can dream also... of spending time with someone I love dearly but can never be with......
