November Revisited

LoveRemembered
|
The time, it passes
Days emptying into each other
Spilling memories hour after hour
Glimpses of previous pleasures
Tempting the taste for them now
It goes unsatisfied
Yet remembered
The precious moments
Brief in their lasting
Still worthwhile
For the moving of the earth
You were the destined wanderer
I, a lone star
Chained to each other by the shared
And the common direction of our hearts
The time,
I guide and bide as it passes
Days pouring out as well as in
My mind spent
It is
November revisited.

"Destined wanderer" - I like that phrase. Well written. |
