I'm sticking my neck out
I know it
But it's something I really have to do
For quite some time I've been in love with you
Knowing when I say this to you
I will blow it
I've held back one time too many
The thoughts have got too heavy
Ask me for a reason
Don't recognise it
No explanation would be the same
I want to spend more time in the rain
Shoot it down
Recycle it
I missed my final chances
I will always miss the dances

I miss the dances too... it's strange how the music we know stops... and a new refrain starts, and we don't know how to dance to it... and so the dancing stops. Great write!
