We, the Slippery People

We begin quite slow
A way to ease on up
To bigger, better things
A bass line is plucked
Triggering electric guitar fever
Righteous chaos is seeping in
A high pitch hits the roof
Bounces to the drummer
And all things begin to shake
We singers sing with mighty force
Interweaving our voices in and out
Breaking the barriers of sound
My body won't stop moving
Rotating hips, Shaking shoulders
I feel the power within
Everyone feels it, the music's edge
And we all stand on top of it
Like birds carried in a wind current
And like floating feathers
We come down slowly
Resting quietly in the end
Nothing compares
to the feel
of a perfectly played song
Nothing.

Bravo! Excellent! I felt the adrenalin as I read. Music sets my soul free. Love it and couldn't do without it. What's the name of your band? I'd like to keep an eye out for it.
