he loved and died for you and me
to take our sins and set us free
why do we continue
to take his name in vein
he should be loved and glorified in name
not one of us knows
a person who'd die
to take the sins for you and I
there's no proof but we have to believe
to have faith
and live eternally
I haven't been right in my ways of living
no one cares
or has Thanks Giving
shouldn't we believe
that there's a greater power
who died for us
and loves us every single hour
I can feel the pain
and hope to be saved
" Please GOD....."
" Help me out of HELL....."
and take me with you
after my grave.

personally, that was wonderful, I'm a Christian and I'm struggling to grow.. but have hope, God will not give up on you, and really if you think about it, Christianity has been around and persecuted for 2000 years.. that's a bit of proof. And it's changing my life and others so there's more proof. it's hard to have faith though. thanks for posting this i really enjoyed it. i'll look for more of yours.

I liked you poem; and it addresses a crucial issue regarding our faith. Faith is a journey, with it's ups and downs. But questioning our faith actually leads us to a more mature belief because it leads us to search and seek. God's Love and forgiveness is always there as a constant, we're just not always focused on it.
A very moving poem
