At the age of twenty
To say I’d never kissed a girl
Used to be a nightmare
But now would be a dream

Restart your life
Just like a computer
Switch it off and hope for the best
And when you awake you be refreshed
Pure again
Bleached white and virginal
Free from pain
Free from guilt
Free from regret
You won’t remember but you’ll never forget
No one owes you anything and you don’t owe them
No one owns you
You are truly free
You’ll be careful not to make the same mistakes
Oh to be fifteen again
That’s the dream
No one loves you
No one hates you
You live on your own
You are a free agent
Restart my counter to zero again
