Your not the one for me
I apologize deeply for leading you to believe
I could possibly be the one to heal your wounds
so please stop making me eat humiliation with slotted spoons
Yes, it true I do want to help you
but you have to understand I never knew
what happened between us would make you so possesive over me
I thought it was understood that we were never meant to be
Please don't fall for me it will only cause you dissension
I am sorry if your freaked out because I am not waiting for your attention
but you have no right to claim me as yours to your peers
no matter what fashion you decide to use it all just smoke and mirrors
I told you I wanted nothing from you
I meant it too
You told me you weren't ready to be with any body for awhile
so why now do you proceed to act jealous and vile,
I meant for someone else this thing with you was just not to last
my destiny isn't in your path
so stop trying lure me in with your manipulative behavior
or your sulkly stares won't do you any favors
I am not yours don't fall for me.

I thought your poem was good and well written.
I can't say that in a realistic sense I can relate to this because I am to the point and clear about relationships or at least I try to be. If I don't like someone in that way, I know immediately and steer it in the direction of friendship or nothing at all.
I hope it all works out for you. :)
