For the room has no lights
It depends on the window's light
With it dirty and marked
The room is forever dark
The room is my world
The place i dwell
Forever nasty

I think its good too. Well, more than good, actually. Your metaphor is original and its meaningful and powerfully relevant.
I'm sorry no-one has read it much, but sometimes this happens to good poems.
