Tell Me Again

Contributed by Bruce on Monday, 30th August 2004 @ 03:51:40 AM in AEST
Topic: LovePoetry

Tell me that you love me
let me hear those words
Make me feel as I did
to very loving, love birds

Let me see your smile
your beauty from within
Don't let this love of ours
begin to wear thin

This very special love
that we both hold so dear
Is showing signs of fading
don't let it disappear

Try harder as I do
to keep this love alive
Do everything in your power
to make our love survive

The two of us together
is where we should always be
Me there loving you
and you here loving me

Tell Me Again, my darling
how very much you care
That this deep love of ours
we will always share

i can really relate...feeling this at the moment...i am wanting and needing to be loved and told that i am loved but i dunno...think maybe it's just me and being paranoid that our love is fading but just not getting any reassurance either to convince me otherwise. anyway, i really love your poem. it is beautifully written. thanks for sharing.
