What You Wanted

Contributed by Essentially9 on Friday, 27th August 2004 @ 10:42:25 PM in AEST
Topic: Suicide

What You Wanted

It's a new beginning
With another chance
To bring another outcome
A failure waiting to happen
This is starting to unfold
To the new found ending

Life is what you make of it
Justification of your decision
Without regrets of what you did
Living on the edge to transcend
The ending coming at hand
Your emotions fulfill you within
But you're still so empty
Without any of your reasons

Shouldn't be in existence
Your desire to overcome
Anything at any costs
Dwindled into nothing
Your desire burning
In life's ashes of disdain
Of what you justify each day

Putting up walls against others
Locking away your emotions
Running to a resolution
The ending so unsure
Came to pass in your favor
You died without regret
Of any kind
You got what you wanted
In the end
