Down to the Lethe and up to the Hill
And down for stones and up to a mill
And weigh down the corpse to a visible angle
And the boxes near hills, we're don't let them dangle
And the boxes are men and wooden and soot
And the boxes hold paper and bindings and glue
And the box holds an oldster with babysoft hands
The first time he ever ran out of demands
