stand Near this suburban
glare, cacooned from natures
sorrow, clumped together
as wild briar to grow and
fester without a care, climb
the stairs to there haven,
can they fathom our despair
as we wither with the season.

very interesting write..."suburban glare" and the thought of "fester(ing) without a care" are so dead-on it's amazing. Nice job! |
