I SEE YOU ACROSS THE WAY,
THIS IS WHAT I HAVE TO SAY.
IT GOES WITHOUT SAYING THESE FOUR WORDS TO YOU,
"MY HEART WON'T LIE" I'VE BEEN A FOOL.
I HAD IT ALL THE DREAM COME TRUE,
SWEET CARING MAN THAT LOVED ME FOR WHAT I DO.
WHEN I HELD YOU IT MADE ME MELT,
IF ONLY YOU KNEW HOW THIS FELT.
THE PAST WE HAD TOGETHER WAS SO AMAZING AND SO TRUE,
IF I WOULDN'T OF CHEATED ON YOU.
I KNOW YOU LOVED ME STILL,
BUT THE PAIN I GAVE YOU JUST KILLED.
OF ALL THE THINGS I MEANT TO SAY,
I COULDN'T LOOK AT YOU FROM DAY TO DAY.
I HAD TO GIVE OUR LOVE AWAY!
I THINK ALL THE TIME OF YOU,
WHEN YOU THINK DO YOU THINK OF ME TOO.
DO YOU MISS MY TOUCH,
DO YOU STILL LOVE ME VERY MUCH.
HAVE I GIVEN YOU A CLUE!
THIS HAPPEN SO LONG AGO,
I HAVE STILL LOST THAT GLOW.
THAT YOU WILL NEVER KNOW,
HOW MUCH I HAVE ALWAYS LOVED YOU SO!

Nice write, but to be totally honest... this poem just made me angry.

| THX for your honesty! I know cheating is wrong ! But when one makes a stupid decision like i did, It is also wise to say i was wrong and stupid! I did do wrong, But the guilt was something I deserved, FYI as well the guy and i never broke up afterwards he actually bought me a dozen red roses and a cute bear, But I am the one who ended the relationship due to the guilt i felt for hurting another human being the way i knew i did, Cheating is wrong I learned a great deal of that situation and honestly made me a wiser person in not to let myself in any temptation for any reason of which ever cause! But i really do apperciate everyones honesty , Sorry for getting ya angry :) i mean it! |
