In Memoriam Of My Grandmother

Contributed by Sophie_Taylor on Wednesday, 25th August 2004 @ 07:24:12 PM in AEST
Topic: Grief

Nanna,

I know what you have been through
And all the problems you have had to face
If I knew sooner
I would gladly take your place

You were loved by many
And hated by none
You were kind and loving
And gentle and fun

You had to battle with cancer
But sadly we faced our fears as you passed away
You will never be forgotten
Even to this day

I am sure the whole family
Hopes you were still here
Sadly this is not possible
But we had to face our fear

The family will never be
Very Far apart
As you gave us great memories
And will always be in our hearts

We All love you
And know you love us too

By Her Grand Daughter Sophie Taylor

A wonderful and loving tribute
Cancer is such a terrible disease...we all seem to lose someone close to it.Perhaps they will find a cure soon

Steve
