The Death Sentence

All her life she believed her health was of the best
Until that dreadful afternoon she found a lump on her breast
She didn't think it mattered much - thought it'd go away
But she started feeling sicker each and every day

She called every doctor - all that were around
Told her of a treatment center in the neighboring town
But by that time the bad cells had spread
And just within a short while she was announced dead
