Destroy Myself

selfstruggles

My mind became to full
Negative thoughts over powering
The positive ones
Weakness takes over the body
My arms need to be torn off
Ripped open
Something to rid me of this feeling
My jaw clenches
My teeth want to bite my tongue or cheeks
My hands want to rip out my hair
Yet I am still not able to cry
Somehow drain out this horrid feeling
That’s eating me alive
I can’t stand it
My body seems to want to destroy itself
To not be in this time
Feel what it feels
Hear what it hears
See what it sees
Know what it knows
It doesn’t want it
Or need it
It just wants to be in a time
Where it feels, sees, hears, knows
That of good things
Not the bad…

My doc says that "cutters" have this feeling...letting pain from inside, out...you describe it very well. Great poem once again. (:-*) Mary |

i can defently relate to the depth of this one.
it carries such strong feelings and emotion.
it's ewasome how you can express your-self so wonderfully.
i'll defently read more of your work... |
