My fingers softly on your cheek,
You in my arms, my knees gone weak,

Walking slowly in the park,
Talking softly in the dark,
Holding hands out in the rain,
Healing things that cuase you pain,

Brushing hair from off your face,
And kissing you after a chase,
Danceing slowly in your arms,
Seduced by you and your sweet charms,

Watching as you sleep near me,
I'd love you for eternity,
You know I dream of you,
One day I hope you dream me too.

This is such a beautiful expression of your love for someone you must truly love. The only title i can think of would be "an expession of my love"
