Who could have imagined a more perfect day,
For all the words I could ever say,
They drift off into the distance of the sky,
I’m so happy I no longer want to die!
Just laying on the beach, with you,
You gave me a smile and stopped me feeling blue.
Happiness is something I almost thought had vanished,
I didn’t realise how much it could truly be missed.
I finally got my hug, well even more,
Makes me love and adore you even more,
When it came to saying bye,
It was so hard, oh but why,
I wanted to come with you, but had to stay,
All I want is another day,
Yet I had to say bye,
Oh but why….
