In the middle of a dead, lifeless garden
A little seed grows
It grows in a place from death and jealousy
A place where no-one now goes
Up from the ground
Comes a small, delicate shot
Derived from envy and pain
From the leaves to the very root
Out from the leaves grows a little bud
And thorns start to form
A result of gluttony and greed
But still survives the storm
From the little bud, sprouts an enormous flower
A deep,red rose
It forms from love and negection
And bleeds for the memories the garden bestows

I like this. I like your use of a blooming rose. A good read. |
