Sat together watching the sunset,
This is a special moment we won’t forget,
Hand in hand looking lovingly ahead,
Snuggling into your chest as if it’s a bed.
The wonderful colours all mix together,
Our love has painted such beautiful weather,
This is a sunset fit for lover’s,
A sunset unlike any of the others.
Just you & me alone in our world,
We silently watch as our true love unfurls,
As we become stronger & stronger,
Our touches & gazes become steadily longer.
The quietness is such a rare thing,
Who’d have thought all the wonder it could bring,
As we sit here watching the sun softly go down,
Alone in our rapture with no-one else around.
This is such a magical experience,
That we shared , precious moments were spent,
Holding each other as we watched the sun,
Our life together has only really just begun.
