Is it cold feet that keeps you away?
Is this the reason you couldn’t stay?
Is this why you ignore us so?
Since of our love you now know
Could it be your heart felt the same?
Your plans saying you couldn’t play the game
Your life mapped out to rule of thumb
Love now, just can’t become
The darkness you’ve made me see
The hurt… the pain… the misery
Does it matter at all to you?
That we are here down and blue
Did we maybe read you wrong?
Was it our fault all along?
One thing I’ll say before I go
I wish the truth to us you’d show.

A broken friendship is like shards of glass that pierce our souls. We bleed in pain and sorrow, and are left to clean up the peices. May you find comfort in a TRUE friend, because it seems obvious this was/is no TRUE friend. Many blessing go out to you!

Dear Mick ... Cold feet - oh yes, I know how painful it is to be hoping, wondering and waiting, and it seems like forever ... If only a bomb would explode under their itchy, unsure feet - just a few honest heartfelt words would be the best recipe for the day ... I truly hope you receive those words, no matter how difficult to hear, because in the end we all need peace of mind ... hopefully she will realise the road she should be travelling - yours.
