Destiny

Topic: SadPoetry

I would rather not weep
or show signs of defeat
because if they knew I was week
it 'd be another round of zoloft for me
I haven't eaten properly for weeks
junk food swims in my intestines
this stuff is going to kill me
right now it just making me gain the weight back
everyone hates a fat chic
especially one with stress zits
that's the wisdom imparted to me by my father
fool, why else would I bother
to feed my self toxic sustance
warding of the creeps and the incomptent
now you have complicated my mind
the gypsy told me you are part fate
the games I play don't scare you
or make you cringe in terror
my vunerability doesn't make you whimper or seeth
you knew the ugly things that happened to me
before I did
you read my mind and say the things I think
it awes and peeves me all at once
you tease me mercilessly
you push ,push ,push until I am about to break,
don't you dare climb inside my head
penetrating my inner longings
don't make yourself available to my desires
then play my game of come hither ,go away
I wonder what will become of our pairing
now that we are caught up in destiny's wake.

For lack of a better word; (especially given its topic) beautiful! Every line felt like it took on a personality all on its own. I went back and read each line individually and then again as a collective and... beautiful!

Intensly sad, and the struggle you face, How you even manage is a miracle, Such emotions, the thresholds and the weight of inner struggle must be very painful for you, in which Im sorry. although not knowing you I do know some of the burden you carry.

Take Care Always
