One standard size box (me)
Filled with words and emotions
Interior just cant handle
How am i supposed to leave
When you left me so weak
There will never be
Another sort such as you
No need for these tiny little
Explosions in my stomach anymore
Now i'm ripped and torn into pieces
Love letter filled with pleads
Written by the hand that once
Caressed you
Staring at my finger tips
Imagining your hand gliding across mine
I put out everything and
Heartache is what i recieved
Until this abandoned box (me)
Filled with thoughts and
Broken letters is reclaimed by you
I'll sleep when i'm awake
And awake when i'm asleep

This speaks volumes to me as I lost my love. He can't come back but in time I will be with him again. It does descimate your whole life to lose the one that meant all to you. Hope yours works out.
Smiles,

I'm so sorry for your sorrow, but perhaps it's time to go on! Whichever will make you feel better, I hope that happens!
I too have lost loved one, but try to accept, and not let this ruin your life. You are young, and have many places to go yet.
I like your poem, and could certainly relate.
Thank you for sharing this with us.
