Pain

Contributed by sam-dot on Sunday, 22nd August 2004 @ 05:48:12 PM in AEST
Topic: EmotionalPoetry

It's hard to think about it,
Months and I am still hurting,
It should be gone by now,
Why is it like this,
You are still on my mind,
Almost gone by another,
but still the pain remains,
Did you know your lies would do this,
Did you even think about the pain,
I will probably never know,
I am alone in the world as ever,
The one thing I count on is pain,
Sometimes it feels good now,
But still my chest burns,
Why dont I just die,
What is in me to keep me here,
Flashes of the ending,
I saw it coming,
Still I hoped it would last,
So here I am,
Pouring my pain onto a paper,
Maybe later it will be better,
I still love you,
I don't think I can stop,
There is always tommorrow for me,
You may not be there at the end,
Just know my heart is yours

it's the most painful thing ever but if you really do love her you just have to let her go and try to love again.
