/ Journey /
Never have I
seen
such lasting rain
Ten thousand new tears of Him
follow
their undeniable journey
A gravitational mandate
met
by skyward smile
Cacophonies of light and wet forever
changing
in much the same way
Covering souls and
sweeps
the better part of us anew
And our hearts no longer must
endure
the unbearable countenance of drought.

I'm not exactly one for religious poetry, but I quite liked this. Very well-written, creative, and generally a pleasure to read. Nicely done.
keep writing,
