we thought it would never happen but it did

Topic: LoveRemembered

we thought it would never happen but it did,
far from how thought lies a hidden secret we all would come to let out somehow
knowing it exist brings us more closer to the difficulties of accepting it.
what ever it is,its worth sharing, worth experiencing
mine is love,a love that exceeds my thought my believes.

it was the 9th of july
a cold night with stars bright and lovely
she walked in, to where i lay thinking of the past, present and the future
An Angel of mortal heart and immortal beauty
glowing in the darkness of the room like a distant light.

she is so sweet so perfect like the goddes of beauty
with an unexcapeable figure that thrils even the coldest of hearts
lips like a scarlet of ribbon, like lilies wet with liquid myrrh
who is this that holds me captive in speech
with eyes like the dawn; beautiful and night, dazzling as the sun or the moon

An Angel yes! yes! an Angel
like love at first sight with fewer or no words the electric struck
like magic we sob for a love hidden too long
she ought to be my bestfriends sister, i ought to be her godfather.
but an undefined law of chemistry struck a lightening of thunder

we thought it could never happen but it did
far and wide i have sought for comfort but found pleasure
far and wide i have encountered romance in lust and love
many a time i thought the journey is complete but it continues
now i see the difference of a day in the pool of love and a night in paradise.

we wished it never happened but it did
who could ever think of hurting you
as sadness trails our path of love, stronger we grew
as torment of disapproval befalls us,wisely we overcommeth
argument and fear played but not to our favourite tune.

we thought it would never happen but
now we wished it had started earlier
we wish it never stops raining love
for loving you is more than heaven on earth and
loosing you will mean loosing an Angel

we thought it would never happen
but it did o' yes it did
and now i pray more than yesterday for tomorrow
that this love should be for eternity.
because a love like yours is hard to find and define.
