Feel Like

Contributed by waos on Thursday, 19th August 2004 @ 09:32:36 PM in AEST
Topic: Suicide

I feel like crying,
I feel like dying.
I'm so terribly sick of trying.

I can't take this pain inside!
Believe me, I've tried.
What will it take for me to confide.

It's sick to leave me here like this.
Trust me when I say I hope I don't miss.
You believe me when I say there's nothing amiss.

I can't move beyond this place,
all this pain is staring me in the face.
Just release this false embrace.

And I feel like crying,
oh how I feel like dying;
please, can I quit trying?

I've been living this life in vain.
I can't see through this rain.
All I've got here now is pain.

I've got no words to say,
just go away.
You've got no reason to stay.

It's burning underneath like fire.
Fan the flames, let it grow higher.
I can't put out my desire.

And I feel like crying,
as I await me dying.
It's different how I'm trying.

I say goodbye in all sincerity,
It's not our fault that I was faulty.
Please. Don't ever feel guilty.

I have gone through many suicidal poems and it usually helps me get the crap i live with off my chest. otherwise i do something unheathly(cutting) and trust me dont get into that addiction, its not worth it.

You will be missed alot. When you think you want to stop trying, at the last second before death you want to live.

Life is known as a challenge. Why take the easy way out(suicide) i say challenge life and live it anyway you want. If it means getting high to make you happy go for it

this was such a deep poem and even with
the somewhat forced rhymes this poem
lost none of its power. The yearning and pain
in this poem was very vivid and held me from
the first line to the last.
