Love Is Pain ... So You Keep Me Scared

I hope you realize....
How many times you told me words with no meaning
And how many times you made me wanna stop breathing
A thousand times that I became aware you were telling me lies
I was in denial of all that, guess I couldn’t see though those eyes

I’m scared that you will hurt me if you become mine
I’m scared because people love this much, once in a life-time
I’m scared you will bring me pain when I believe you
I’m scared that after a short time with you, I’ll never be able to leave you....

Don’t you know?
How many times I lost it, but never gave up
Took you as a test from God, to give me bad luck
For every lie there was an excuse, so I stood behind you
When you kept away from me, I struggled to unwind you
Will you ever know?

I’m scared that you will never know how much I adored you
I’m scared, cuz I only run toward you and cant think I’m not the one for you
I’m scared that somewhere in this story, we will end up parted
I’m scared that you will walk away from me and leave me broken hearted

Don’t you know,
When I realize all this, I get less scared because I know we are drifting away
And deep down inside, I want you, but you don’t, so I can’t ask you to stay
I know that you are not going to be here, when I’m suffering different harms
But you know as I do, I can’t deny you because we belong in eachother’s arms

I’m scared...
I’m scared of your bitter love so I run from it.
