Cut my wrist,
It's flesh and blood,
You could brake my heart,
I'd go down with a thud,
But I'm only human,
Can't be more than I am,
I'm just old ordinary me,
I'm no super man,
I'm just like the others,
I feel hurt and pain,
I'm just like the others,
Just waiting for fame,
Lurking in the shadows,
Don't even know my name,
I'd try to convice you to be sorry,
But there's thousands just the same,
Can't pity myself over others,
When others feel it too,
Can't cry for yourself when others
are crying over you,
I'm deserted on an island,
When I thought I was alone,
Sank back into the shadows
When I realised I was home,
Millions of others deserted,
All thinking they're left for dead,
When really they were dreaming,
Right at home in their bed,
Your not alone, I've realised,
Just one to actually feel,
Some go through life not knowing,
What is really real,
I know we can survive this,
Blood shed will solve nothing,
Suicide will cause more grief,
And to others pain it will bring,
So stand tall don't tell them see,
Your cold inside, But strong you'll be,
Let them no your not so weak,
And will get through the time when life is bleak,
If you choose not to believe this,
Then You'll never know it's true,
But I know it is, this is because
.. I've been through it all too,

That was pretty good. I like how you try to convince people that suicide is not the way to go...cuz it's not. I too have been there, done that, and it's not all it's cracked up to be. It just puts you in a state of depression and self-pity. I'm glad you wrote that, because lots of people need to get the message you are putting out with that write. Great job!

Very good poem its all too true. Suicide is for the weak minded. You did very well in describing it. GREAT JOB.
