Inaudible footsteps near the bed,
it is the hour to undress and rest a weary head.
Dusk is upon her as she settles in,
to the soft, nurturing hands of her cottony kin.
A carriage soon appears and as she awaits,
she is standing on the edge of a fluid dream state.
With each magical step she escapes a tyrannical rex,
and begins to depart society's etiquette and text.
From the starry stagecoach there is a single hand,
to help her inside to the soul of a man.
A blissful captive, immersed in his intention,
and has she told you? It's yet to mention.
She is a faerie flittering among the flora,
in the glowing, tender being that is her lover's aura.
