The fairies & pixies have all gone,
Until Bernard’s back singing their song,
We all so miss your magical writes,
That shine like a star burning bright.
How is your friendly , little mouse,
Is he looking after your house?
While you are temporarily away,
Or do Leprechauns look after it by day?
Is the Fairy Queen having her annual ball,
On the soft carpet in your hall,
Please come back & share your treasure,
You have talent that we can not measure.
Bernard you are very much missed,
With your writing gift you have been blessed,
You bring your little world to life,
Even your mouse has acquired a wife.
Have a good rest & get well soon,
Your poems chase away all our gloom,
Magic is released in your rhymes,
Masterpieces are created time after time.

Pixie, this is the sweetest thing EVER. You are so thoughtful to write this for Bernard. This is a great write, and I'm glad it is for someone so special like him. Thanks for sharing this with all of us, I enjoyed it and I think you couldn't be any sweeter. Take care.
