The giggling girl twirls quickly past
thinking that nobody cares
all her friends do of course
but she ignores their stares
evrytime she gets louder
she withdraws into herself some more
they need the key to open her heart
but they cant even find the door
she prances slowly up to me
"dance with me!" she grins
Ive heard shes dangerous, I dont think I can
but her soulful eyes eventually win
we jump and twirl, bend and swirl
dancing like there's no tomorrow
and as he music comes to a stop
her beautiful eyes fill with sorrow
she whispers gently in my ear
"Your time is up, before
you can love me I need to love myself"
and I was enveloped in Evermore...

peculiar, different than what i've normally read around these parts - it's surreal, good too...
