Dying For the Death That Has Already Happened

Contributed by pyrofungus on Saturday, 14th August 2004 @ 03:50:08 PM in AEST
Topic: DarkPoetry

Is it weird that I shall see
Your face left dying inside of me
The eyes of the innocent
Left hungry for life
A mind left working
Now dead from disease
A cry so sudden
Left making me shiver
My cup is filled
It tips and drips down the table
Left spilt water
Diseased
Not pure
Unloved
And left dying
For the death that has already happened to me
