Murder At Rosewood

Grief

The oak door is open,
As blood descends down the lone staircase
It spells out lies & betray
The weapon sits, sulking in crimson liquid
A single shining dagger,
Still lodged into the victims stiff neck
His body lay sprawled, liked scattered flowers
The murder stands, a maniacal smiled plastered on her face
Rosewood Manor,
This house of deceit,
There dwelled an unfaithful husband,
And a murderous fiend
She Escapes,
Slipping out of the polices’ hands
The dagger sluggishly left behind
A mistake emerges from spilled blood…
