The broken pieces of our lives
Don’t fit together to make
The pretty picture you think they do
You might believe
That we're meant to be together
You've never really felt the puzzle
You look over it, and at a glance
It seems beautiful, picture perfect
Run your hands, along it
Feel the bumps,
Feel the splinters breaking off
Sticking in you, bleeding you dry
How perfect is your picture now?
