Upon the rain the rivers flow,
While in the clouds the flowers grow.
And as the sun it reaches high,
To take its place within the sky,
Its burning lust begins to glow.
For in the east begins the show.
And to the dancers now they throw,
All of the tear drops that they cry,
Upon the rain.
As stars they tell, now, all they know,
Of sun and moon and of their foe;
There locked within the twilight sky,
The lovers dance without the why.
And for us this is quite a show,
Upon the rain.
