I'm in paradise

Contributed by corrupted_minds on Saturday, 14th August 2004 @ 12:05:02 AM in AEST
Topic: Suicide

My tears are lost in the pouring rain,
So nobody notices I’m feeling this pain,
They all keep going like everything’s the same,
Still lying in the shower with blood down the drain,
It was my choice, my own desire,
To fall to hell and burn in fire,
I said I was okay, I admit I’m a lyer,
My life’s for sale and I don’t have a buyer,
From the moment right before we kissed,
I knew when I was gone I would never be missed,
I’ll use your blunt knife to slit my wrist,
And send back to you in a letter so you knew I exist,
In the letter in my blood I’ll write,
To tell you how my daytimes night,
The thought of death was my only light,
And after death I would then have sight,
I’ve washed my scar with dirty soap,
I’d made the knot, I’d tied the rope,
With this life I couldn’t cope,
With no creed, and with no hope,
Crimson roses will flood your dreams,
And then you’ll re-live my painful screams,
When you wake nothings what it seems,
You could of saved me is what this all means,
I’ve lived my life, wouldn’t do it twice,
I’ve had it hard, haven’t had it nice,
I gave my life, I’ve paid the price,
And now I can see, I’m in paradise
