still a little

intrigued as to how you can smile so convincingly
when your dying inside
wondering how you can even look me in the eye
when me being near me must burn like sianide
you say that you don't need my help
but your drowning in your own demise
unsucessful suicide
as tears fall from the sorry eyes
i just wanted to help you
i,m so sorry i could'nt get through

no your gone i feel as if i have lost a part of me
after all you were my mum but never felt liek it to me
all scars i have i took for you
but you would never listen to my crys of help
you just drank another bottle down
sat starin at the floor with yousorry frown
mum i,m so sorry that i could'nt help
but its o.k i will be with you soon
as this blade drags across my blood filled veins
dear dad i,m sorry for all the upset i,v caused
but i really think i,d be better off dead
to the world to you to mum
to her i was'nt ever anyone
so this is my goodbye note
just to say i love you so
its o.k i,l be watching over you

That was good, the stuff behind it? strong feelings and situations. I really hope you are doing alright and that you aren't actually going to kill yourself.. please talk to me before you try anything and give me a chance to tell you what I've learned. Take care and keep writing, that was really good.

Poetry is much like a great photo, a single "moment in time" capturing many feelings and emotions. Yet, they are very alive; creating stirrings within the readers who form visual "pictures" of the expressed emotions within the Poem. ©
