When I wake up and I feel alone,
And last night it wasn’t known,
And something without warning,
Bears heavy on my heart,
Then I am with you,
And everything seems all right.

It’s a lovely day,
In every way,
And its just gonna get better,
It’s a lovely day,
In my mind,
No sadness of any kind.

When the road that is ahead,
Seems so rough I wish I was dead,
And it’s always the other one,
Who seems to know the way,
Then I am with you,
And everything seems all right.

It’s a lovely day,
On cloud nine,
And it makes me feel so fine,
It’s a lovely day,
In my dreams,
But things are never as good as they seem.
