Like A Book

Topic: dedicatedpoems

Some say that were best friends
I say you are my angel in disguise
No one will ever know
How close we are inside
When I look at you
I can ready you like a book
Every little movement
Every little look
I can look into your eyes
And stare into the brightness or your hope
I can see your pain
I can see your love
I can read you like a book
When you speak to me
It’s like you speak of we
When you feel pain
I feel it too
When you are happy
I'm happy for you
Your hopes and dreams
Thoughts and talents
Hidden deep in your soul
From now on
And forever more
Our love is to be shared
Because no matter what you say
I can always tell
I know you better that you know yourself
It’s almost as if I am reading you like a book

Nice write.
I think you should have condensed it a bit- but over all, good one.
