Revolving unknowing yet we say we understand,
who we are where were going and what has been planned.
Well i dont know and cant pretend theres hope anymore,
i know nothing and ive found it yet cant open the door.
I can see it then its gone and i'm alone in the dark,
why does something forbid it and blow out the spark.
Who i am..in the river i have washed myself clean,
yet the stains of my life time remain bold and seen.
Fighting for living has taken my smiles and my tears,
its never giving though i suffer all through my years.
No arm round my shoulder i dont feel them or see,
any angels from heaven shinning down on me.
No one is coming yet ive prayed and ive cried,
on my knees in the moonlight ive struggled and tried.
No exit from this prison no entrance into the light,
no more dreams to hold onto no reason left to fight.
I dont think i wanted to believe it but its sinking in somehow,
no one is coming..i didnt know but i see it clear now.

| This is an awesome poem, i dont know why noone has commented, i love it! No-one is coming, some people are waiting for them too without realising they have to make their own way in the world. |
